Matt loves fishing with his wife, traveling the country in their camper, exploring national parks and museums, and cheering on the Mariners and Seahawks. When he’s not on the water or the road, you can find him competing in shotgun sports or upland bird hunting with his wife and their two dogs.

Matt grew up in Washington as a third-generation carpenter and developed a passion for building early on. After serving four years in the military, he returned home to begin a carpentry apprenticeship that laid the foundation for a lifelong career in construction. In 2001, he joined BNBuilders as a carpenter and has since grown into a leadership role where he oversees field operations and fosters a strong culture of safety, mentorship, and continuous improvement. With over two decades at BNB, Matt is deeply committed to ensuring every team member goes home safe and takes pride in what they build together.
