When Justin is not out in the field or in the office you can find him spending his free time with his wife and three kids, playing golf, and camping.

Justin joined BNBuilders back in April 2022. His professional background includes service in the United States Air Force as a Firefighter EMT stationed at Travis Air Force Base, where he also earned his Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management from American Military University. Justin began his construction safety career with a large mechanical contractor in the Bay Area before transitioning to the general contractor side, where he gained experience supporting technical, mega-campus, and other complex construction projects. He is passionate about leading teams, solving challenges, and driving continuous improvement, with a current focus on supporting multiple regions and standardizing safety operations throughout California.
