Ann joined BNB in 2026 as Chief Risk Director, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. Born and raised in California, her career has been spent working with both general contractors and project owners, providing a broad, practical perspective on construction risk. She holds a BA in Economics and an MS in Financial Risk Management, which complement her extensive hands-on experience. Her work focuses on identifying, allocating, and managing risk to support successful project delivery, protect organizational interests, and strengthen long-term resilience across complex construction programs.
