After graduating from Cal Poly with a degree in Civil Engineering, Andrew moved to the Bay Area and quickly found his footing in the fast-paced construction industry. Drawn to the collaborative and problem-solving nature of the work, he has contributed to large corporate campuses, life science projects, and ground-up construction. He believes great projects are built through a series of incremental wins that ultimately drive exceptional outcomes.
