Outside of work, Alfonso enjoys spending time with family and sports, whether that’s coaching his kids’ baseball and soccer teams, playing with them in the backyard, or cheering on his favorite LA sports clubs.

Alfonso began his career in construction with hands-on field experience, developing a strong foundation in craftsmanship, problem-solving, and jobsite operations. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, where he built technical expertise in project planning, cost control, and construction operations. Following graduation, Alfonso transitioned into project operations, managing a wide range of complex projects across healthcare, corporate technology campuses, higher education facilities, and high-end residential construction. His diverse experience has strengthened his ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, maintain schedules and budgets, and consistently deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
