Safety

When it comes right down to it, the safety of our crews, clients, subcontractors, and the public is most important. Our company culture is centered around this belief.

We believe with proper planning and education, all accidents can be prevented. It starts with empowering our people to be responsible for safety every single day. On our projects, safety training begins on day one and continues for the duration. We don't do generic safety plans; each plan is developed with input from the team specifically for the job. Every person that sets foot on one of our job sites, be they BNB staff or subcontractors, is required to attend safety orientations.

In our book, a job is only successful if everybody goes home healthy at the end.
