Our culture is centered around trust and collaboration, making alternate project delivery methods our preferred option.
BNBuilders specializes in projects using a variety of alternative delivery methods including negotiated GMP, design-build, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), CM at-risk, and GC/CM. We believe that early involvement from the general contractor is key to project success, especially on the complex jobs in which we are often involved. Additionally, these delivery methods enable us to form a relationship with our clients where we work towards similar goals, as opposed to traditional design-bid-build delivery which can often be adversarial. The final result is a project that is delivered more efficiently and to a higher quality, without constant changes and resulting conflicts.
