• Includes office, conference, and support spaces, as well as a fitness center, therapy pool, and spa

• Site work included landscaping, a spirit garden, parking areas, and pedestrian paths to create a sense of campus and link adjacent buildings to the Elders Center

• The building features a green roof to reduce waste water run-off and heat impact
