scope

• 90,000 square feet

• Building houses departments including Anthropology, Classics, Germanics, and Near Eastern Language and Civilization

• Goal was to bring back original architectural intent including opening up atrium in entryway

• Upgrades to all major building systems 

• Correction of seismic deficiencies

• Building envelope upgrades

• New elevators and finishes

• Work completed on an occupied campus
