Eleonor Oshitoye

Diversity Inclusion Manager

It is extremely rewarding to see the diversity within a team and how our unique differences can strengthen the end result of a project and the relationships that are built

In December of 2020 Eleonor joined BNB as our Diversity and Inclusion Manager. She immigrated to the US at the age of five without any English proficiency and a learning disorder called dyslexia. Eleonor's school developed a special ESL class to help her, and as a result she chose to later become an ESL tutor to give back to others. Through her experience as an ESL tutor, Eleonor learned she absolutely loved helping others. Listening to their stories, understanding where they struggle the most, and helping them through those challenges. Eleonor has served in various DEI roles beginning with Seattle Public Schools and eventually transitioning to the construction industry in 2015 as a DEI Manager.
