Honesty and reliability drive my work. Those two things build trust and that is absolutely essential as an estimator.

Tim is a homegrown Washingtonian who graduated from the University of Washington in 2008 with a degree in Construction Management. His career with BNB began as an intern in Seattle, and in 2010 he volunteered to help establish or San Diego office for two years before returning home. As preconstruction manager, Tim oversees preconstruction and estimating tasks, from project concept through contract, for almost all our tech and biotech TI's. Tim also specializes in GC/CM, multi-family housing, design/build, and historic renovations.
